Lawrence Villa is a lovely Grade 2 listed granite Victorian family house in the village of St Agnes. The house, one of a striking pair, sleeps five people, and is set in its own beautiful garden. It is within walking distance of St Agnes beach, and only a short drive from the outstanding National Trust beaches and cliffs of Chapel Porth and Perranporth.



Living space

There is one double bedroom with Victorian style kingsize bed and original fireplace, a twin bedded room looking towards St Agnes Beacon, and a third bedroom with a cabin bed. The family bathroom includes an over-bath shower and a bidet.


The beautiful living room has a host of Victorian features, including an original fireplace and granite quoined bay windows. A second sitting room has an oil-burning stove, computer and piano.


The large kitchen / dining room is fully equipped, including dishwasher, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge-freezer, electric oven, and combination microwave.


The accommodation is non-smoking and pet-free. Duvets, linen and bathroom towels are provided, but please supply your own beach towels. Electricity is included in the price.



Outside

Before the main garden and immediately outside the dining room is a pretty walled yard featuring a large gas barbeque, garden furniture, and an original Edwardian privy! Beyond, there is a large secluded lawned garden, incorporating a games room for table tennis etc.


There is ample parking space for 2 cars off-road. The nearby village bus stop provides access to various routes, including the Lizard, Perranporth, and historic Truro City with its mainline railway station and cultural, social and shopping attractions.
