To Make a Booking

Please either send an email to lawrencevilla@btinternet.com
or call Paul on 07976 086 262.

Once you have contacted us to make a booking, we will reserve your chosen week(s) provisionally for a period of 7 days.

This will be converted to a firm booking on receipt of your deposit to cover 20% of the tariff.

Refund of deposit if you cancel your stay:
Time between cancellation and start of stay	More than 13 weeks	13 weeks to 60 days	Less than 60 days
Refund of deposit	Full refund	Full refund if we successfully re-let; no refund otherwise	No refund

The balance of the tariff is due for payment 60 days before the start of your stay.
This balance is fully refundable on cancellation if we are successful in re-letting the property, but otherwise is not refundable.
